As I usually say when I draw political comics - no offence, guys. I love UK, there live good and interesting people with wonderful culture and sense of humour, that's why I interested in this topic. ^^

As you know, the 18th of September will be referendum about independence of Scotland. The poll showed the "yes" campaign in the lead (first time in the history), so UK government was shocked, tried to overpersuade Scots to vote for independence and offered Scotland greater powers. I read many opinions about it in the British forums, some of them say something like "too little, too late". I'm glad that most of Brits (English, N.Irish, Welsh) react benevolently and with humour to the idea of Scottish independence.

About the title - when the results of the poll was published, newspapers called their articles about it "Ten days to save the United Kingdom".

If Scotland will be independent, I will be really sorry for the Union Jack. Beautiful flag.
Personally I think Scotland deserves independence, but what's most important - is happiness of people, who live there. I don't know how referendum will end, I just want to wish all Scots and Brits good luck.

Awesome! I wonder what went through their minds when Nessie started making a comeback in 2014-2017? Scotland must have been afraid for her safety since people have been hunting her down for centuries.
